Deconstructed Tamale

I love Trader Joe's...it's pretty much the best grocery store ever. Not only do I love their products but every time you go there, they have a daily sample! If you love their sample, you can create it yourself via a to-go recipe card they hand out.

This deconstructed tamale is not only easy to put together, but it is absolutely delicious! I've made it for dinner and several parties as an appetizer. It's a hit every time!

Ingredients (these are all TJ's ingredients):

1 package of Poletna
1 package of Carnitas (cook first, then shred)
1 package of Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
